Meredith is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Clinical Pilates Instructor. Meredith graduated from the University of Western Sydney (UWS) in 2011 and began work as an Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Pilates Instructor.
In 2012 Meredith went on to complete her Research Honours, where she studied the “Effects of Failure and Non-failure Resistance Training on Measures of Muscular Strength and Power in Older Adults”. In 2013 Meredith completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) graduating with distinction from Charles Sturt University. Meredith has extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation across a multitude of medical conditions and injuries (physical and mental).
Meredith is committed to providing client centred care to get the best possible outcome for her clients. Meredith’s key areas of interest include exercise for the management of ageing related conditions, PTSD, women’s health and wellbeing and musculoskeletal conditions.
Meredith is a mum to two little ladies and an adorable fur baby. Getting back to nature is a must for this little family. You’ll find us bush walking, kayaking or hitting the beaches and bays any chance we get.
