Kim studied a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong, graduating in 2018. Kim has attained extensive clinical experience in a variety of different settings which include private practice, hospital, cardiac rehabilitation and gyms. She is currently continuing her studies with a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Kim has a strong interest in the prevention and management of injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She also enjoys working with a wide range of conditions and the challenge of implementing an individualised program. Kim is passionate about combining movement with education to assist patients achieve their goals. As an F45 fan and runner, Kim understands the importance of rehabilitation. She works collaboratively with patients and aims to get them back to their hobbies/sport as soon as possible.
Outside of the clinic Kim enjoys going to F45, running and anything outdoors.
