Strength and balance group classes aim to assist you to improve your strength and reduce your falls risk. These classes are specifically designed for people over 50 who want to stay active, mobile and perform activities of daily life with confidence. Classes focus on a combination of moderate aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance exercises that are delivered in a safe, comfortable and inclusive group-based setting. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists’ use simple, but challenging exercises to suit people of all fitness levels.
